DESCRIPTION OF RUNNING TOUR CASTELOS DO AÇU
The Açu Castles, located on the hill of the same name in Serra dos Órgãos, within the National Park, are a very curious rock formation to be seen, since the stones do not touch each other. After running almost 7km, as soon as we approximate our destiny, we can see by far its turtle format, located 2232m high.
Although it is a running tour, the pace is pleasant for the runner to enjoy the tour. Therefore, we will walk when pertinent, stop at strategic points for physiological recovery and also to contemplate and photograph.

Departure Times: 8 am (concentration starting at 7:30 am)
Distance: Approximately 14 km

Difficulty: Level 4 – Moderate Upper

Downhill (-) accumulated: 1230 meters
Duration: up to 8 hours, depending on the group's rhythm and the interaction with the attractions.
